Maybe you are not looking at the right Thingy...$DNYS$

That is the first thing I can say we will agree upon all stocks on any exchange have stock for sale thats why we have an "Offer or Ask" and the same can be said for the "Bid".

People are always buying and SELLING shares its called trading if there where no share for sale then no could buy any.
