It does happen over a period of years. They often will retest their "LOW" of all time on volume, if they do not go bustin through it should go back and retest their previous all time "High" and how it goes into it says a lot. If on volume with no upper resistance only the "Product" will establish the valuation.

IMHO.

DUTV tested it's low on Volume. Nothing goes straight up or straight down. IMHO we are in for a nice ride....

When we get Legal Review and 10Q/A for the TORQ M&A....we will need to have our shoe laces tied pretty tight.......IMHO we all speculate of course
