It is worth what investors are willing to pay. There were so many dot.coms back in the day that had no revenues at all with prices in the dollars. To say that because there is only $5.3 Mil on revenues the company aint worth .50 is plain hogwash. Things that would influence the price could be growth potential, profit margins, market share, regional vrs national footprint to name a few. Once uplisting, audit, share structure, and revenue estimates for 2013 and 2014 are revealed by the 17th do you really believe this is going to be floating in the .10-.15 range? Do you really think even thou they had $5.3 Mil in Q4 revenues that it is not going to go up because of how you interpret value? Believe me valuation has nothing to do with anything once a feeding frenzy starts. Remember CBI$ went from .01 to .24 and they still have no revenue. The only thing that could stop this frenzy is the FEDS. Evaluating a new industry has more to do with who the 800 LB gorilla is and where they are going. Most stocks are valued as to what the future holds and not the past thus the high PE's for high growth industry. We are only in this range because of 1)audited financials 2)uplisting(get off pinks) 3)share structure unknown 4)M.L. impact if any.

IMO, we do over $200 Mil in 2014 so exactly what kind of valuation is MJNA worth? What is DIXIE Botanicals worth with a national footprint?
