He has been a Director of Tilting Capital Corp., since March 23, 2012. He has been a Director of Palo Duro Energy Inc. since August 11, 2006 and Thor Explorations Ltd. since May 12, 2008. He served as a Director of Black Tusk Minerals Inc. from February 8, 2011 to August 25, 2012. He served as a Director of UnderSea Recovery Corporation (also known as Legal Access Technologies Inc.) since November 19, 2004.
