Baloney. The DOJ usually moves first since they have a harder burden of proof than the civil-based SEC.

And the settlement is of NON-FRAUD fines by the SEC.

It's laughable to even consider the notion that a non-fraud civil settlement will result in criminal charges. Good grief, longs win.

It's over. Longs win. There isn't an example in history of non-fraud SEC fines being coupled with criminal charges.
