JUNE/JULY. JULY @ the latest. I believe only a portion of the 4.5 Billion shares were restricted or they all have different dates in which they could be lifted from restriction. It was my understanding, through my broker, that over 4 Billion of those shares have been lifted and traded in the O/S. Many doubt this, but the charts prove otherwise.
