At this stage I am merely looking to be made whole....nothing more...even that is looking unlikely....

This has turned out to be a disastrous investment...

P.S. What worries me is that managment is not living up to it's promises...no additional outlets for EJ as promised...EJ is slipping fast as a best selling item at GNC....No updtaes about Atlas Advisors efforts to find a partner...a reluctance to have regular shareholder letters issued.... Dick's rollout is clearly going to be weak and spotty...not unlike EJ after many months...the macular LOI is still not finalized...
