DOJ says GUILTY. METTER it's ONLY ONE count he pleaded guilty of in DOJ supporting documentation!!! In their OWN doc! And it's ONLY about a VERY specific statement that WE DON'T CARE ABOUT, that he made in a VERY specific SEC filing, regarding his SpongeTech salary which was in shares instead of in dollars... which again WE DON'T CARE ABOUT. There was NO victims of this statement. NONE.
Basically, on DOJ web site, it will declare you as "Guilty", even if what you were accused of initially was for 15 counts, and 14 are dropped (95% NON guilty), and the remaining one is for something almost of no real importance... for them, you are still only one word: "Guilty". You are NEVER 5% guilty for them. It's only ONE word for them: Guilty. It's BLACK or it's WHITE. They don't know the existence of the color grey.
What's the holdup for us to see the REAL GREY for Mr. Moskowitz. I'm tired of DOJ's BLACK. I want to see what shade of GREY the REAL TRUTH is.
C'mon! Why admit NON-jaywalking type of "securities fraud" (super light grey) if you and your wife SUED others for securities fraud BEFORE?
