Critter, CMGO just put out an 8k yesterday with the most up-to-date divy info. At this point, the shares are with the transfer agent and they are just waiting for Audioeye to be listed on an exchange to begin trading. Once that is done, the shares will be distributed. This is expected to by done by mid-February so only a couple more weeks. The record date for the divy was October 26.
