Just means the Judge is going to rule on all the other biggy post-verdict motions before he even sets a date down for a briefing deadline on Plaintiff's Post Judgment Royalties Motion.

Nobody knows how soon he will rule on those other pending motions. Also, the Judge set no deadline for the briefing so he hasn't even attempted to paint a deadline within which he is going to rule on those other post-verdict motions, which I find a little surprising. I really don't find it surprising for the extension to be granted, and I've stated before that I thought the odds of it getting granted were pretty good. What I didn't expect was that he would split up his ruling on the motions, and thought he'd nail them all one right after the other once all the briefing, response, replies were in. WRONG! However, it DOES open the door that the ruling on the other motions, all of them, could come at any time. Still expect those will drop one right after the other, but who knows. The Court certainly painted himself into no time constraints.
