Forgetting how "market value" of a share price is actually determined by FINRA and separately determined uniquely by an investor is a VERY bad idea. Further, your question which follows your bad idea, will result in a matter of opinion from a personal investors' perspective, (specifically, from my own perspective), which I am unwilling to share with you since you presented so many negatives.
