Ben said that we will get several PR's in the coming weeks (and so far we are getting them) and therefore my guess is that we will get information piece by piece, creating a series of PR's, slowly drawing the bigger picture.

If that's the case, then I am more worried than I was before. That plan, in addition to using Stock Watch Alerts to PUMP the stock again this week, is making KBLB seem more and more like a typical Penny Stock.

If KBLB announces a LOI from an unknown company with unknown details soon, I will actually think about selling everything and walking away because that would be the Penny Stock tri-fecta and I would expect to see the share price drop to new 52-week lows.
