I have a question, if the outstanding shares are approximately 487.7 m, at the current pps of .47 mean the company is worth 234.1 m? That seems about 100m more than it actually is correct? I don't see how you all think the price will go to $1 plus especially $10. That seems very unrealistic especially in the short term. If companies join cvsl and they probably will, won't that just dilute the total pps? They will not be joining for free and jr is not going to give out his shares to acquire with. How will this work? I see millions more shares coming into play. If longaberger is worth 100m they would probably want 100m shares at $1, and twice that at $.5.

Maybe I just don't understand how this all works but I can't believe it is trading at .47 with no real business yet.
