we're both new to this stock.researched it back to 2006.performs almost exactly as I expect it to.they sold multi billions of shares with no work/production/revenue history.insiders line pockets with any written angle.

cfo controls lions share of voting stock.If inexperienced as you say,why should he make company decisions?maybe thats why company constantly spends invester money,dilutes ever worthless stock,and goes nowhere.
maybe insiders are the problem.other than investers losses, nothings changed in 6 years.but same insiders are still there selling the same stock and same story.
to date,this company in all its incarnations has sold over 31 billion shares.close to 40 million dollars worth.
they have $5000 in the bank.
and its not about to change.
