Filing, subpoena, we offer up, say 50% of the take...

Then the attorneys subpoena and parade the former employees through the court system. Perjury anyone? You think perjuring themselves would be in their best interest?

I don't have all the information that was presented to the SEC, but I would recommend that whomever laid all this out (RSP / goroyce) go ahead and make a phone call to an attorney. I'll even be the one to find the appropriate attorney out of NYC to file it.
