Downside, Well put and thanks for the update. I held CDE from about 2005 to 2009 and made a few thou but i,ve never been more frustrated with miner. Everything was in place for great gains only to be given away via options to insiders and dilution. This same thing seems to be happening right now to USG, I sure hope i,m wrong cuz this thing should explode up. RC
