I think it is certainly a legitimate issue....the sense I have right now is that they will take the #'s to get the name and brand out there...I posted that response for you because you asked and it seems, although vague, relevant...

It will be something to keep an eye on IMO....perfection is a hard thing to get in this world....however, one of the things that makes branding and franchises work is the customer expecting and getting a consistent quality of product...it has to be expected with any venture that starts up that there will be some growing pains...

Time will tell.....at this point, I see no reason not to trust the people involved here (especially Harold regarding this issue)...after all, he's had years of experience in many different types of businesses - I'd bet dollars to donuts he has this covered..........but I also don't see any reason not to discuss this and any other relevant issue, good or bad....that's what these boards are supposed to be about....$$EEDG
