I just got off the line with V-Stock Transfer and they still claim to have nothing official from the Company. The only thing they saw are the same PRs that we did.

I agree with the consensus that selling now is risky if you are assuming you will receive the BVI shares. If this all works out for the positive, its great to know that the residual entity (Stromacell) is being valued at 55 cents per share!
