Cigar and Spirits Magazine has grown tremendously over the past 2 years. The growth opportunity is unlimited for this premier magazine.

Recap of news that could come very soon.....with the last issue released being the their biggest issue yet, they did not have to sell shares in order to publish and they have doubled their revenues in each quarter of last year. Therefore C&S is self sufficient and can begin marketing themselves even more now.

There was talk last year from Salzar that they were planning on going global in 2013 with a publisher from the UK. Some of us are expecting that news soon. Not to mention a new website coming out in the first quarter as mentioned by Salazar.

The biggest news that some here are expecting is a possible reverse merger between C&S and IPRU. If you read the financials, you can see that C&S has loaned Money to IPRU interest free and has even allowed them to share office space in California with them. In the last finacial report, 140 million shares were issued to insiders for 226K that IPRU used to wipe their debt out. At the time the 140M shares were issued at a premium price of 0.0016 instead of 0.001 that they could have bought them at. Those insiders will want as big a return on their investment as possible. Some on the board have had communication with Al and a confirmation was made that those 140 million shares are not being sold into the market(post in the stickies).

LINCOLN SALAZAR....conversation with Lincoln for an hour last night and I received his approval to post the following which I prepared so this board can have every advantage possible to realize their investment....

Fellow shareholders and potential shareholders I would just like to ease your minds about our investment in IPRU based on the wonderful opportunity I had last night to engage in a telephone conversation with the driving force behind IPRU / Cigar and Spirits magazine and that is the charismatic CEO Lincoln Salazar. Lincoln was kind enough to spend almost an hour on the phone with me as we discussed the present and the future of Cigar and Spirits magazine. Please understand there are legal parameters that cannot and where not crossed,so no questions about specifics were addressed but Lincoln assured me that 2013 will be a year of tremendous progress and one that will bring new advertisers, new distribution, and healthy revenues. Management is also quite certain that a new and more precise website will be in order in the first quarter of 2013. Lincoln did mention that he spent some time in Florida with the staff of a current reality show and there is a possibility that Cigar and Spirits will be given a mention on this particular show. He could not divulge the name of the show but did say that there are two sisters that are the stars of the show. For all that showed concerns about the IPRU name not appearing on the editorial page of the current issue,please note it was an unfortunate oversight on the companies part. The company is currently understaffed as business has been an overwhelming success and they are currently addressing that issue. There are bad problems and there are great problems , this is a great problem. To this end I say we are in the hands of a young,energetic,charismatic businessman and this could very well be one of those companies that climb out of the OTC arena with flying colors
