Not here, he has an $834,000 note due right now or it defaults in February. he will issue shares for this and allow the debt holder to dump into what remaining volume is left and then RS this since he has clearly voted for a Reverse Stock Split in the PRE-14C filed to the SEC on January 16th, 2013.
