short selling is not that easy for common investor but possible using specific brokers.
In your case, note that it make no sense being long a stock via one broker and short the same stock with another.
Furthermore short selling a stock trading at 0.0001 is quite risky. You can be caught in a short squeeze even with a stock being a Scam.

now if the quesiton was not "selling short" but "selling soon"... up to you. after months of no action, it seems something is up but how many times we had this feeling the past 2 years and look where we stand...
