Does anyone know what this is all about?

U.S. Silver-Idaho, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of U.S. Silver & Gold (USA on Toronto Stock Exchange-Venture).

Somehow I missed the fact that we own another company? What is the role of it and the two officers Dennis and Carolyn?

Note: I first found this on the USSIF website and also googled it to find the officers.
