Yeah, this was bad. It threw MJNA management out of its game.
They felt the set-back would be so damning to the stock, that they were forced to pre-release earnings to prevent panic / pps collapse and by doing so they spent some, or most, of their February release thunder, today. In February we will also be worrying for a possible Llamas conviction and its implications.

The PPS may not break 0.16 until March; with uplisting news.
