Well the iceman said he sold PROT today and he would only do that if he knew with 100% certainty that he was getting the BVI shares. Below is straight from the horses mouth.

prot--today did what i expected. maybe 5 to 10 cents lower--would not be surprised to see some good news in 10 days or so--might be a sale on that lift for short term--long term over a year i do like very much--this part will be for the heart, although i do like the foreign co much much more which i do believe will open near 7.00 and i would not sell. I do believe it is likely to go on the aim near april and trade up, since it will be marginable to hopefully 15 by end of june. i did sell some prot today.
