what would you say the value of CDEX is? Baxa is a shot in the arm, no doubt. I am wanting to see just how Baxa is going to be involved in the operations of CDEX. Are they going to help market the tech, use the tech, how will they be involved? I might say hopefully more than just a very large pp shareholder and a seat on the board as I said yesterday.

With this backing and if there is enough overall interest and serious buying, then yes, the stock is cheap. But the interest, contracts are going to have to be large to get the earnings per share up to the selling price, IMO.

I am not surprised there has not been a real spike in the pps. Got some good news, money if you would, now it is up to CDEX to perform.
