First off,
Realize that stock promotions are a BIG part of the OTCBB and Pink Sheets. They have been around for many years and they will be around for many more. They are designed to do one thing - provide opportunity for a few individuals to sell shares at the same time others are buying. These buyers are most of the people still holding KABX in the hope that somehow the share price will rise back to the point where they bought at. This rarely happens and as mentioned before, pink sheet stocks should rarely be held longer than a day. The sellers are the promoters themselves and company insiders.
I suggest you visit my board and see all the posts there and what they mean. Read through all the posts titled "ABCD gettting a promotion starting Jan. 3, 2013" etc. etc. I make these posts to give people following my board a "heads up" to all stock promotions that my software tracks.
If you have further questions you will get helpful answers there because many experienced traders can be found at that board.
If you want to dive right in, I suggest you visit a site called OTC Dynamics, they make software exclusively for the Pinks.
