My 2 coppers worth on today's news:

Z, I agree with you, can't imagine an uplist
while in the trips. Will need a R/S and as always
the CEO will say it adds shareholder value.

To set the record straight: No CEO ever says
there will not be a R/S, they always say one
is not planned at this time or something
to that effect.

Not really concerned with a R/S now, it will take
real auditors at least a year to unscramble Uncle
Alex's bookkeeping. Remember, he couldn't even
produce unaudited fins on time.
