Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: QASP) is pleased to announce that the Corporation has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire Holdings Aviation Corp. ("HAVC").



Seems to be QASP is "acquiring" the new corp. Was there a typo in the PR? Is Joe lying to investors?
