DJ SJ Strategic Investments Sells Entire Novavax Stake >NVAX


WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--A group including SJ Strategic Investments LLC reported Friday selling its entire 9.2% stake in Novavax Inc. (NVAX), according to a Schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The group sold all of the 4 million Novavax shares it owned between Oct. 26 and Friday on the open market at prices from $3.67 to $5.30 a share, the filing said.

Novavax makes products for women's health and infectious diseases.

Shares of Novavax recently traded at $3.88 each, down 2 cents.
