4. drill program to add to proven reserves..

This is meteorological coal used for making steel, it is a much higher grade, more rare and with a higher sale price, not that much of it will go to power plants. Meteorological coal is sometimes referred to as coking coal, but no one wants to say they've invested in some Colombian coke.
