The AIGI offering is closed given to our next alliance / representation
needing our focus... and
indications from the market maker is that AIGI is looking to go public as
early as the end of this
month, just processes in conclusion to facilitate.

As we offer shares under our own auspices as a secondary market / allied
party we can issue
shares right up until the company actually is made public, subject to
availability?

So as mentioned in previous dialogue, can facilitate from 10k-40k @ 4.00
per common share.
As you make mention 27k is the minimum investment requirement @ 5.50 per
share, if facilitated
via AIGI, this is not stated on our website?

Other pertinent details to exact IPO date, etc remain as undisclosed given
to corporate
representative policies.
