I would say they do indeed hold the patent. The events leading up to this were that they negotiated with the European Dentists which are now directors who owned the patent and through their deal brought them into the company. I heard the radio show with one of them and I have no doubt he was one of the developers.

So without evidence I am confident they do own it IMO. We shall see.....
