This looks a lot cleaner thanks, Doug. Bowser the problem I hear with Naples7 is they want a big piece of the pie and want to leave us BI with only change, pennies on the dollar; therefore, not very good business for us. John is a great person and inventor although I don't believe he is CEO material and should leave that to the pros. But then again look back at Steve Jobs history who got removed from his own company, his board of director come to FINDOUT Apple would not have survived without him therefore ended up hiring him back. I think JB was scared of just that therefore took action, cause of the back door deals some of his board of directors were making. Not sure whom is to blame John for being arrogant and stuburn at times or his board of directors who try to play a player instead of trying to working it out. In the end everyone got played, in one way or another, us stock holder are left at bat with no one in the field to play with. We need some players to get back in the game.
