Jack has to file an 8k with the sec to announce he has resigned. He only has 3 days to do this. I see he is accepting application for the position. Does he decide who gets the job? Is he going to be Chairman of the board? I think he should just walk away after he/someone picks a new CEO and a real stockholders meeting should occur to pick a chairman, CEO and board members. I know this won't happen because Jack still wants to be in charge to bolster his ego. There are some very good people that could/should take the reins and make something happen. The never ending saga of Jack the giant killer. Jack had the beans to this magic stalk and instead of climbing up and getting the goose, he just tells everyone he's going to do it. Jack we are still waiting for someone to go and get the goose that laid the golden egg.
