Assuming the float has remained ~29 million, and assuming the structure hasn't change, then we can create a really thin trading margin here. We've seen a bit of it already with the bid/ask standoff on Friday and the low volume (relative to the outstanding shares). If the PPS climbs on low volume, then that's a solid uptrend IMO.
