The fact that PWC is a part of this thing should most definitely mean something to you.

One reason being, is that they were appointed to be the liquidators of the AJW funds by the court. They weren't hired by the company. If they are involved in anything remotely shady, or anything that comes close to resemble a cover up, PwC would be toast!!! There are a lot of lawyers watching this thing, making sure everybody involved walks a straight line. The likely hood of them doing anything against the grain here is non-existent. Did Arthur Andersen acquire his account, that was scandalous, by the courts? No he didn't. Therefore that argument is thrown out.

To use the casino analogy, with most penny stocks you're playing roulette, betting on green. With Epgl, you're playing Black Jack and the dealer just put an ace and a face card down in front of you while dealing himself a 8 and a 7. Congrats. :)
