The preferred shares have no actual value and are not convertible to common stock. Lots of companies generally have preferred seriesA,B... Etc.

This means common stock holders will receive the full benefit of any company progress.

To some here this may mean nothing, but to longs it should put in perspective the long term goals of fitx.
