Despite not being able to ship Dixie Elixirs yet, MJNA is hugely profitable and has cash on hand.
You're aware Dixie Eleixir's is not their only product. They also profit through their 75 other Dixie THC based products (Ice cream, mints, etc) as well as Dixie Botanicals, formerly Dixie X. products which can and are being shipped to other states.

They have every right to call themselves a MMJ company since the dixie brand includes many thc based products.
