I knew this was were you were going but sorry to say odds are there is no way they are filling the gaps in their 2012 "projections" with commercial work or rock videos. You are basically saying they were nearly fully occupied with commercials for the ten months prior to Dom Hemmingway. That's 20 to 35 projects.
They were keen to point out all the films that shot there before they took over so it seems a bit odd to me that they never mentioned their booming commercial production schedule. And why would they upend that schedule to shoe horn in a film offering a deferred payment?
It's still a possibility I guess but that amount of activity would be remarked on somewhere,
