How many nations are left in which it's People are fully armed in direct reponse to the chance of a government going rogue and exerting too much force?

The general trend is that UNDER the guise of international controls, each sovereign nation is being compelled to render up it's only form of self-defense from despotic rule.

That leaves a REALLY bad taste in the mouth of a fully informed and historically knowledgeable man or woman.
