In case you are unfamiliar with basic finance, Joe's actions post R/S are exactly the same as him increasing the A/S to 475 billion, and increasing the O/S to over 40 billion. It's exactly the same, he just hid is action with a 1000/1 R/S and hoped inexperienced investors would overlook his actions and consider investing again.
