Agreed. Unless of course this is his plan all along. Dilute, piss of shareholders, get new shareholders, make more promises, lie, dilute, piss off shareholders, etc, etc.

I don't care how nice Briscoe is or how many here think he's a good guy, fact of the matter is he just ain't in it for us. That's not nice or good; it's crooked.
