To begin with the point being is they could liquidate the shares and pay off investors who lost money that M.L. had direct liability. Remember, M.L. has virtually no assets or he would not have used parents house as collateral.

Had nothing to do with GM only stating that the FEDS would take his shares and ultimately sell them. You certainly have a knack for twisting things to put it nicely. GM was bailed out by the government and the government retained partial ownership. Whereas, in the event M.L. is found guilty the government may or may not be able to confiscate his assets which currently include 265 Million shares of MJNA through Cannabank.

As an independent entity MJNA has no liability as everything MJNA done was totally legitimate and legal. No money was given to MJNA as some obviously want people to believe. They were legal contracts with binding agreements whereas monies owed by MJNA were to be repaid in shares for partial ownership or cash to be paid back. To continue to imply that M.L. actions of illegal gain with money laundering to MJNA are just plain false. Cannabank still has to be paid back regardless. In the event M.L. is convicted it is totally Cannabank assets that are in jeopardy. With M.L. owning Cannabank his 265 Mil shares could be in jeopardy. As far as MJNA it is much clearer than some want you to believe.
