share transactions from June 11, 2009 through and including the date of the
entry of this Order, from Worldwide Stock Transfer, LLC;
f. copies of all stock transfer books, ledgers, journals, and stock certificates for the
Debtor’s common shares in the possession of the Trustee, to be obtained by the
Representative at a mutually convenient time to the Parties, but in no event later
than 20 days after entry of this Order, unless agreed upon in writing by the
Parties or by further Order of this Court;
g. any and all Blue Sheet trading records for any and all parties that participated in
a transaction of the Debtor’s common equity;
h. any and all Weekly Security Position Reports from FINRA for 2008 and 2009 for
the Debtor's common stock that were not already supplied as part of the Bates
Numbered document provided by the Trustee to Levin;
i. a compilation by Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer of the total number of shares of
the Debtor's common stock transferred to each broker dealer/clearing agent from
January 1, 2008 through June 5, 2009; and

or other institution that might possess such information;
a compilation by Worldwide Stock Transfer of the total number of shares of the
