The funny thing is CLSN rose to over $300 million on realization of the 380 events taking so long (which is good) and no longer qualified for the Rule, yet AF said the rule states the market cap 120 days before the data.

If you give me any 30 events in history, I can find all sorts of pure coincidence nonsense that they have in common. People have correlated who wins the superbowl to who will win an election or how the Dow will perform that year all sorts of obviously purely coincidental trash.
