So Velociti must have been installing BEFORE July 10, 2012, RIGHT?

WRONG! ... The Velociti PR was announcing the Strategic Partnership ... Yes, the PR was announced AFTER Coats had established that Strategic Partnership!! ... How in the world does one deduce that Velociti should have been performing installs before the Strategic Partnership was announced? ... Sheeeesh!
