Winter is an awesome time to work on TR's.

File in January to give Wally a few weeks to look it over, and include a few confidential items to keep it out of the database. At the same time all the NI 43-101 items are ready - have the financing packet ready to go to submit... It usually takes Wally a few days to update.

It would really suck to have short shares out on margin - if a PR comes out about traditional financing approval it'll take a lot more than lame posts and short selling to keep the pps artificially low.

If it popped to a quarter and stayed there? Wouldn't hurt my feelings, but these poor guys that spend big bucks on shorting pennies? Ouch!
