Well Seasound..as you know I'm not a conspiracy guy..but it is quite a coincidence that news of the Capstone and JMP meeting early Tuesday morning..was followed by a morning sell off..and huge volume for the day..

Also..last Tuesday..I forgot about the short sale circuit breaker rule and it's effect on price..it states..

"The short sale circuit breaker when triggered, will impose a restriction on the prices at which securities can be sold short.
The new restriction will be triggered if the price of
the covered security decreases by 10% or more from its closing price on the previous day.
Once the circuit breaker is triggered, it will prohibit the execution or display of a short sale in that security at a price that is less than or equal to the current national best bid. The restriction will remain in effect the remainder of
that trading day and the next trading day."
