Question for ya, the divvy is for the shareholders of record, but isn't our online broker the transfer agent since we didn't buy the stock directly from the company, so the shareholders of record are those who have stock certificates in their name....or will the spinoff stocks be transferred from our transfer agent to our portfolio? I always assumed the latter.
