I can't find any publicly traded companies with JV interests in the san Joaquin basin trading under .04 other then GRID petroleum corp. With their .0017 share price in the third (3rd) largest oil reserves in the UNITED STATES. Only Texas and Alaska has more then california GRID/ SOLIMAR are sitting on a oil field they just need up to date technology to get the most oil out . The .0017 share price will be history very soon news! jmo.
